Writer, Director and Producer
I'm Rita Avellar, CEO, and founder of Avellar Agency, writer, creative, marketing expert, and passionate about a wide variety of artistic expressions.
With an education in Fashion Design, I've been in the field of communications, branding, marketing, and writing for more than 20 years expressing my creativity in different directions.
The Fat Lady is my first short film and for sure, it won't be the last one!

Taisa Mundy
Executive Producer
I’m Taisa Mundy. I have two B.A. degrees, one in Journalism, and another in Advertising & Marketing from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica of Rio de Janeiro.
My passion for visual storytelling led me to work in different areas of the entertainment industry, including as a journalism producer, documentary executive producer, game show and soap opera producer, line producer, and casting researcher.
In Brazil, I worked for many years for the largest commercial TV network in Latin America and the second-largest commercial TV network in the world.
I am a hands-on executive producer that likes to be involved in every step of the filmmaking process. I love connecting talented creative people and helping ideas come to life!

Tadd Pugh

I'm Tadd Pugh, the technical director for a performing arts program helping people with special needs to live their dreams in filmmaking and musical performance.
I'm excited and honored by the opportunity to join the crew on this project, and I look forward to working with everyone!

Joseph Woolwine
Director of Photography
Joseph Woolwine is a Producer, DOP, and Film Educator based in central Indiana. With over ten years experience in the film industry, he started Visionary Studios as a formal production company with a focus on teaching up and coming filmmakers how to direct and produce powerful films that release the life and vision inside of them. They now have students on four continents and continue to produce educational and behind the scenes content on a weekly basis for YouTube and Social Media in addition to their formal programs. Sound Producer
For over 20 years, I've produced videos and documentaries. I've held video production and marketing roles in Indiana and Illinois before starting my own projects for Indianapolis businesses, focusing on integrating professional identity with clear messaging.
My passion lies in documentaries, whether shorts or features, where I enjoy the challenge of uncovering stories. My intense curiosity has driven my career, pushing me to learn new skills and find new stories.
I blend technical and creative skills, comfortable with complex research and getting creative behind the camera and in editing. I always incorporate the latest video techniques into my projects.

Tory Johnson
Producer Assistant
I'm Tory Johnson. I have a B.A. in Theatre and have worked on many theatrical productions. My expertise is stage management, though I've dabbled in it all (both on and offstage). Now, I'm starting my journey into film, and I am honored to be part of the crew of this project! I love the art of storytelling and working with creative people who share that same passion. It's a dream to work and learn with this team!

I have years of experience in photography, but I recently decided to take it to a professional level. I'm all about fun and crazy lights in the studio and really just life in general. I'm incredibly passionate about my photography because if you don't love what you do, then why do it? I’m always up for a challenge, no matter what the case may be! I’m full of adventure, love, and life, and I always strive to bring that energy into my work. I’ve never met a more amazing and compassionate person, friend, dad, or artist—and I bring that same compassion to every project I take on.

Logan McInnes

My name is Logan McInnes. I am from Greenwood, Indiana, I attend the University of Indianapolis, and I am expected to graduate in May of 2026 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Minor in Creative Writing. I will be a junior this fall. I aspire to be a screenwriter and work in the entertainment industry in either film or television.
